newest project from multi-talented emcee S.I.T.H. (Sick in the
Head), the highly anticipated “Doctor-Patient” EP. This
7-track hip-hop masterpiece features head-nodding production from
E. Banga, Despair, as well as Green Studio NYC’s own razorSHARPE. The
E-Banga-produced single, “Subconscious”, is available for
streaming on
Soundcloud. The video, directed by D. Vision aka iNTeLL , can be

Hailing from Staten Island, S.I.T.H. rhymes with a ferocity and intensity that is sorely lacking in today’s hip hop landscape. Under the guidance of legendary emcee NYOIL (aka Kool Kim of the U.M.C.’s), the P.E.M.G./Shadow People Representative has previously appeared on “Sway in the Morning” on Sirius XM’s Shade 45 as well as Vlad TV.
